Where to send what

  • The app won't install, won't start, or won't publish to eBay. Open a GitHub issue. Include your Windows version and what the app said. Most publish failures are eBay production API access not being granted yet — that is a support ticket on eBay's side, usually one to three business days, and nothing here can shortcut it.
  • A number on this site looks wrong. Email, and say which page. Every figure published here traces to a query or a screenshot, so if one is wrong I want to know which and the page gets corrected rather than quietly deleted.
  • You want a feature. GitHub issue. It is a public list, so you can see what has already been asked for before you type.
  • You want to buy a miner, a hashboard, a test fixture or industrial gear. That is the hardware business, not the software one — phone or the eBay store above. Fleet quantities and freight get quoted properly by a person.
  • Press, directories, or a listing on your site. Email. The download is version 2.4.0, packaged 6 August 2026 — that is the ProductVersion inside the MSI itself, not just what we call it — and the source has since moved to 2.5.0. Please still confirm before you print a version number: this site ships builds faster than it edits its own chrome, and that note was thirteen days stale until 11 August 2026.

What to expect, honestly

This is one person who also runs a hardware business, so email is answered in batches rather than instantly, and the phone is more reliable during US Eastern business hours than outside them. The software is free: there is no paid support tier, and there is no service-level agreement to point at. What there is instead is a public issue tracker and a name on every page.

If you would rather read before you write, the changelog lists every shipped change with a date and says plainly which of it is in the installer you would download today, and the guides index covers most of what people email to ask.
